Abstract

Cranial radiotherapy has several side effects. One of the most important complications is the radiation caries that endangers the treatment prognosis .

In literature the use of crown and bridges has been suggested as contraindication. On the other hands due to the risk of ostoeradiosecrosis, there are doubts about teeth extraction and implant placement.

The present case showed before choosing a treatment plan, the socio-economic conditions and the patient's motivation must be considered.
